Something to Write About

JOURNALING
Journaling has extraordinary transforming powers.  You can use your journal to work through problems, heal relationships, recover from grief, overcome childhood wounds, access your subconscious, explore yourself, and much more.

To begin your journaling adventure:
1)   Choose a journal, notebook, or sketch pad.
      White, colored, blank or lined.
2)   Choose your tools; pencils, pens, markers.
3)   You could add art supplies to your tools list.
The idea is to make your journal your own "reflection".

 JOURNALING SPRINGBOARDS

Three people you know are sitting together talking about you.  Who are they?  What are they saying?

Imagine you are walking down the beach and you come up on a number drawn in the sand.  What number is it?  And what is it's meaning to you?

What is holding you back?

What 10 words would you use to describe yourself?
