Something to Do

I often suggest in my blog posts that you do some things for personal enjoyment, relaxation, and fun.  So here are a few ideas to try:

Make a paper airplane.  If you don't know how visit 10paperairplanes.com

Grow a garden, even a tomato or daisy in a pot.

Bake bread, brownies, or cupcakes

Go to the park and swing.

Buy some crayons and a coloring book, COLOR.

Rearrange a room or the top of your desk. for a fresh new look.

Gather up some bread and go feed the ducks in the park.

Have a mocha.  Make a hot chocolate using coffee instead of water or milk, then add milk to taste.

Cook a meal containing your favorite comfort food.  Fried chicken, mash potatoes, meat loaf?

Put clean sheets on your bed, open the window, and take a nap.

Sit and watch the clouds moving on by.

Take a little walk; fast for exercise or just stroll.

Throw yourself a Birthday Party.  Bake your favorite cake.  Invite your closest friends.  Refuse gifts, that way you don't have to feel like your begging for anything.  To long until your birthday?  Throw yourself an unbirthday party, just pick any random date.  Have fun!

Blow bubbles!

Stay up all night and read a book.  Flashlight under the covers optional.

Turn a favorite t-shirt into a pillow.

Make a root beer float.  Even if it is the middle of winter.

Unplug for a day.  Or a weekend.

Go out for an ice cream cone.     Take someone with you, your treat.
